Ultimate Safety with Our Brake Sensors
It’s only natural for your pads to wear down over time – but here at VMAX we have the safety products you need to help monitor their condition and keep things in check.
Your sensors consist of two resistor circuits running parallel to each other, and a wire loop with a small electrical current running through it. These circuits read and gather information such as system temperature of your friction discs and rotors and how fast your wheels are turning, as well as the status of your pads – how long they take to operate, and how much life they have left in them.
Once the first circuit is broken, resistance increases. Then, when the second circuit breaks, this activates your warning light to let you know your pads need a change or service.
