Free 30 days returns

If the parts that have been ordered are incorrect or do not fit, we guarantee to replace it.

Free returns policy;

VMAX Brakes will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase.
The goods must be in brand new condition. This means they must be uninstalled, undamaged and in the original packaging. This is subject to the following;

To qualify for free returns, customers must have contacted us prior to making a purchase with the vehicle's VIN so we may check part fitment compatibility. Not doing so will not qualify you for free returns.

Customers that fail to contact us with the vehicle's VIN will not qualify for free returns.

Customers that do contact us with the VIN will qualify for a free return.

If there is an issue with the order, like you are trying to see if the parts fit and are testing brake conversion fitment. VMAX Brakes will not cover the return postage costs and restocking fee's do apply.

Items returned that have been installed or show signs of carelessness when being handled will occur at a 15-20% restocking fee with the buyer to pay return postage.

Any items that are returned to us with significant damage will be rejected and the goods returned back to the customer. We highly recommend packing the discs back in the box the same way they were sent out to you.

No refunds, exchanges or returns will be accepted after 31 days since order date.

We will not reimburse other costs such as labour.
